Invoicing module is an effective application suited for creating, browsing and editing invoices. It consists of a cloud database that is part of n-aos Cloud Platform and is related to other applications and registers (Partners, Assets, Organization...). Registers are related to the application so it is possible to generate invoices in a fast manner just by choosing the needed data from lookups. One of more important capabilities of Invoicing module is that it can be accessed from any device with a web browser. Meaning, you can make invoices practically from any location with internet connection.
Invoices
Invoices created in n-aos are multilingual and multi-currency documents and they contain the currency in which they are issued and the exchange rate for that currency. Invoices printout corresponding with publishers country and language settings. Therefore, they can be used for domestic sales as well as for invoicing the export sales.
In their surroundings Invoices have all necessary business registries such as:
Customers - necessary data for registering customers and their relevant data
Services - services or goods or products without using the inventory
Pricelist - optional registry for defining prices
It works with predefined services, or can use generic service and items description to describe meaning of service. Adding invoice items works with manual or automated taxation that comes from service definition. Invoice generates all necessary aggregate amounts such as total receivable, revenue, taxes and tax basis. Additional comments, remarks or images could be inserted into body of invoice
Grouped views of invoices by the Customer, Department Invoice type, Currency, Year and month together with aggregated amounts are available from the main grid. Related to grouped views, different charts are available for graphical presentation of grouped and aggregated data.
Billing
Except manual creation of invoices, Invoicing module has action procedure for copying invoices and a procedure for billing - monthly, massive generating invoices from their templates. Under all licenses billing module provides database backup (either automated and manual or just manual). Also provides export/download of invoices data in various formats (csv, excell xml, pdf, html).
