Partners module helps you to manage data about your partners and contacts. This data is essential in every line of business, administration or civil activities. The Partners module contains registers for customers, suppliers, institutions, associations, partner individuals or partner entrepreneurs that can hold an unlimited number of addresses and contacts related to individual partner. The contacts in registers will be arranged in a practical and clear manner for easy browsing and using.
We shouldn't forget that we are talking about a relational database, meaning that partner addresses, country and city data comes from territory register, so all partners data are related to territory data. When partners data is used in other modules such as Invoicing, all records are indirectly linked to territory data through partner data. Just imagine how much time you can save with this application instead of sifting through several excel tables.
Customers & Suppliers
Customers and supplier contain information on companies, institutions or organizations with whom you have a business relationship of any kind. In addition to standard data, the registry includes classifications, free comments and place for logo or image. In its details sub-module has address and contact information related to the specific partner. Each customer and supplier can have unlimited number of addresses and unlimited number of contacts related to themselves.
Partners individuals
Contains data for partners that are not a company or an institution, but individuals. Each individual can have an unlimited number of addresses and an unlimited number of contacts related to themselves.
Contacts
Contacts contain contact information that may or may not be related to any of the partners. Data can be entered as an independent contact, but also can be coupled to an existing partner e.g. customer, supplier or individuals. Contacts entered in this sub-module that are connected to the addresses of the partners, also appear in the contacts details of the customer or supplier or individual. Equally if the contact is entered through a sub-module of customers and suppliers or sub-module partners individuals, these data appears in the sub-module contacts too.
