Share
In n-aos Cloud built-in and created applications can be distributed in several ways:
- share the App publicly with read only permissions
- share the App publicly with fully functional (read and write) permissions
- share the App to existing users, and give them read only permissions to the App
- share the App to existing users, and give them fully functional (read and write) permissions to the App
Depending on licence database owner on application can invite new provisional users to access application and define access rights in relation to selected application.
According to type of shares, users can have:
- read only rights to application
- full access (read and write) rights
On each successful instance of creating new user or sharing application both new user and creator of application will be notified via e-mail about the procedure and link to application. All action of sharing the application of any type, shares data are loged in.
Grant
Grant the right for using the application to the new users:
- add new user and grant him read only permissions to the App
- add new user and grant him fully functional (read and write) permissions to the App
When creating new user inside application db owner can grant that user read/write or read only rights to that application. User will be notified via mail to his new status and directed to this application via link.
Embed
It is also possible to generate embed code for integrating application into another website:
- as button leading to application itself in new window
- as frame in web site with shared application
When using public share for read only or read and write access to application it will be initially shared in that capacity for future sharing(i.e. generating read-only link for application will give immediately read only rights for that application and read only links for that application that you will be distributing in future. Same is applied to read and write access and is in no collision with one another.).
Using user access share embed codes can be used by users that had previously been given use rights via appropriate share button and depending on rights previously assigned they will have read only/read-write version of application when logged in.

In application you will generate similar code and copying it into web page will give you button with access to shared application or iframe code to embed application itself into desired web page.
