To log your daily work record can be a tedious task, especially if you are using a couple of excel files that later on you have to merge. Also, sharing files via email or manually with a usb stick can be quite messy. The answer to this problem is a cloud work record that can be edited by any number of employees, on any computer with a browser and that it is a record you can share easily. That's why N-lab has developed a cloud application named Work (just a small part of n-aos business app suite).
Working hours and worker presence
With application Work you record working hours by day, hours and organizational units. You can keep track of planned absence of workers like annual leave, paid leave, etc. The app can record time and purpose of exiting workers during working hours. You can also generate a work record for a longer period of working time.
And one of the most helpful things is to record the total monthly working hours of employees by type of work on the basis of the daily work records, so it's easier to calculate monthly wages per employee.
Monthly or yearly summary of working hours is also available.
Additional benefits
The application is located in the cloud and you do not need to install it. Also, it is available from any device that has a web browser such as desktops, laptops, tablets, smart phones, from any location at any time.
