The data in Organization module defines the internal organizational structure of concerned organization. Organizational structure contains information about the Company and its constituent units, such as departments. The main advantage of this data register is that it's integrated with other registries and transaction data in other modules on n-aos Cloud Platform (Assets, Territory, Partners, Invoicing, etc.).
The organizational structure also brings its surrounding information as locations, bank accounts, taxation, shareholders, management etc.
Registries include Company or Institution or Association key data, Departments, Warehouses, Treasury units and their locations with GLN, latitude and longitude, map links and other relevant data.

It is the top entity in this workspace. This object contains vital information for active businesses where subject apps are referred to.
Manage data about your economic activities, taxes in use and information of bank accounts, shareholders, management, etc.
Departments
This object is defined as a place of expenditure specified through name, parent department, organization level and designation. Each department is grouped for its functionality and serves as one-to-many connection to its department locations.
Warehouses
Lists warehouses and sorts them per department, type, designation and methods. Warehouse spaces displays detailed information about the physical location it occupies.
Create stock-taking documents
Action to create stock-taking documents with reference to period between deficit and surplus and document number it refers to.
Parameters for use are:
Date of deficit
Document ID number
Date of surplus
Automatic discharge
Treasury units
Treasury units are used to keep track of cash flow through company with defined points of sale.
