The Work module has been developed as part of n-aos Cloud Platform with intention to allow any company, organization or institution to manage their daily work records with ease. The process is as simple as it gets, employees open the application in their web browser and log in when they come to work and when they leave. Work module is also a simple and effective planner for annual leave and non-working days. In addition, it has optional, free text log of performed daily tasks. And don’t forget that it is a cloud application you can access on any browser, from anywhere.
Another great thing about Work module and n-aos Cloud in general is that you can forget about all those Excel tables. Who needs them if all the data is stored on a relational database in the cloud.
Work hours
The Work module consists of a main grid that lists registered attendance and absence through defined work accountability type for each employee in a specific department. To save yourself some time, you can use the Generator for period, so you can enter more records for specific employee in certain period of time for defined work accountability type. Also, a detailed list of working days is accessible by using Monthly summary report and Yearly summary report.
In the user access settings there are three options for registry:
Unrestricted - every user access (default settings),
Restricted - authorized users named in settings have access,
Personally restricted - user access to own records, authorized users can use it without restrictions.
Non-working planner
Lists planned vacation days and days off. It keeps track of proposed vacation days that can be confirmed or dismissed in final work hours list. It can be filled manually or by action procedure for generating records for the period. Also has procedure for approval and copying the granted records in to the working hours registry.
